General Conditions
Inka Power Peru disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, or
sickness that may occur during our tours. The same applies for any changes to the
tour schedule due to weather, strikes or any other irregularity outside Inka Power ́s
control.
Inka Power reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without
prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic
and international), the client must pay any additional costs caused by this (extra
hotel nights, meals, transfers etc). We advise all clients to have insurance.
Liabilty
Inka Power reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables should the
necessity arise, including irregularities due to adverse weather or road conditions.
Inka Power does not take responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or
changes to flights, injury, damage to belongings, negligence, weather, war or other
unforeseeable causes. The estimated duration of tours as indicated on our website
are standard times and can vary according to road or weather conditions.
Punctuality is a key objective of Inka Power ́s operation. However, delays may
occur for unforeseen reasons. The company cannot be made responsible for
losses that a client may face due to delay, regardless as to whether the loss is
direct or indirect.

Terms of Payment
We use PayPal, a trusted payment provider, to ensure a safe and hassle free
transaction. In the event of a booking, we will email you a request for the
appropriate amount via PayPal to your e-mail address.
A deposit of 50% is needed to confirm your booking.
The remaining amount is payable as agreed between Inka Power Peru and the
client. This can be either through PayPal or cash upon arrival. Please note that
PayPal requires 8% service and handling fee.
Validity of Prices
All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current purchasing prices in
Peru.Inka Power reserves the right to increase prices already quoted or published
in our price lists without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government
taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are outside Inka Power's control.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail for instance), in conformity with
business practices within the Inka Power industry.
• Cancellation - Individuals or small groups
30% of the price of your tour is non refundable, this percentage reflects our cost of
booking & preparing your tour.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks and more than 72 hours prior to departure:
50% refund
Less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours: 25% refund
Less than 24 hours notice: no refund
No-show at pickup: no refund
• Cancellation - Groups with 10 or more people
10% of the price of your tour is non refundable, this percentage reflects our cost of
booking & preparing your tour.
Less than 6 weeks and more than 4 weeks: 75% refund
Less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks: 20% refund
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: no refund
Comments or complaints
Inka Power's goal is to provide solid and professional customer service. Should our
clients be for any reason dissatisfied with the service provided, either by us or by
our co-operation partners, we wish to hear about such as soon as any incident
arises. Should our client be unable to do so at the time, we request that this is
done as soon as possible by e-mail, not more than 20 days after departure from
Peru. If complaints have not been placed within that time frame, compensation
rights may be jeopardized.
